Life Transitions
As cliche as it is, I have to say "the only thing we can count on in life is change." Change can be both exciting and terrifying- even when it is change to better yourself. Common life transitions that can be both exciting and overwhelming are:

-
starting college
-
graduating college
-
starting graduate or medical school
-
getting married or divorced
-
moving
-
starting a new job or leaving a job
-
birthing/adopting/fostering a child
-
going back to work "in-person"
If you have been struggling during a life transition and have found yourself experiencing any or all of the symptoms listed below- you might benefit from additional support of a therapist.

-
Feeling unsure if you are making the right decision
-
Experiencing stress and anxiety when thinking about making a change (even if for the better)
-
Not knowing how to set up and maintain boundaries that help your well-being
-
Feeling overwhelmed by all of the logistics/stressors that come with life transitions
-
Doubting yourself and your ability to make a change

Change is inevitable, how you experience/live with the change is where our therapists can support you.
