Anxiety
Figuring out how to navigate life is no easy feat and when you add worrying about everything, constantly thinking, and feeling nervous on top of it, it becomes overwhelming. You find yourself getting frustrated faster, snapping at those you care about, and not being able to understand why it is so hard to stop thinking. Anxiety looks different on everyone but here are some "red flags" that you might be struggling with anxiety:

-
You find yourself worrying about anything and everything.
-
You end up in a "what if" rabbit hole and create scenarios in your head that would never happen.
-
You feel nervous or on edge.
-
You get sweaty, shaky, nauseous, and/or heart palpitations when you think about something stressful.
-
You actively avoid situations that make you nervous.
-
You struggle to fall and stay asleep because your brain won't stop thinking.
-
Your tolerance for stress is lower and you get easily frustrated at others.
There is hope.
